Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and people-centric Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the full HR function for the employee organization.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise-wide HR strategy

Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development

Drive employee engagement, culture building, and retention programs

Oversee compensation & benefits strategy and performance management frameworks

Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate governance standards

Act as strategic advisor to executive leadership on organizational design and transformation
Ideal Profile

15+ years progressive HR leadership experience

Experience managing large workforces

Strong background in organizational development and culture transformation

Executive presence with strong stakeholder management skills
