Chief of Staff to VP, Data Center Engineering & Infrastructure
- 5+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Technical Program Management, Business Operations, Engineering Operations, or Strategy roles.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional organizations without direct authority.
- Strong executive presence with experience supporting VP or senior leadership-level leaders.
- Demonstrated expertise in business operations, organizational strategy, program execution, and operational reporting.
- Deep understanding of engineering development lifecycle processes, infrastructure deployment methodologies, and program management best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations and documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within hyperscale data center, cloud infrastructure, or mission-critical engineering environments.
- Familiarity with engineering deployment standards, infrastructure testing methodologies, and operational readiness frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise reporting and project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, Confluence, and Asana.

Oversees the implementation and maintenance of functional business programs.
Conceptualizes overall strategy and vision for initiatives and programs owned. Works closely with functional business leaders to develop effective partnership models for scoping and rolling out programs. Acts as a subject matter expert in at least one functional area. Works across organizational boundaries to define the bar for program management practices and help teams achieve those goals. Guides design and direction of the program components, while aiming at scalability and global reach. Hires and mentors Program Managers across the organization. Models the financial implication of new programs, designs features, delivery approaches, etc. to enable profitable decisions for the organization. Measures the program's return on investment, impact, and success. Develops organizational change-management plans in partnership with all relevant stakeholders; Conducts stakeholder analysis and considers & proactively addresses the needs of everyone affected by the change. Drives change management effectively to ensure the program's success. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $114,600 to $234,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
