About the role
Singular Global Limited is a Hong Kong-based fintech company developing next-generation financial infrastructure integrating artificial intelligence, blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and tokenized real-world assets. We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, R&D initiatives, and development of institutional-grade financial platforms.
Key responsibilities
Lead the company's technology strategy, system architecture, and R&D roadmap across AI, blockchain, and financial technology.
Oversee the development of decentralized exchanges, smart contracts, tokenization protocols, and on-chain derivatives infrastructure.
Lead R&D in AI-powered investment intelligence, autonomous trading agents, machine learning, and quantitative financial systems.
Design scalable and secure systems for digital asset trading, settlement, liquidity management, and institutional financial services.
Manage technical teams, coordinate research initiatives, establish development milestones, and oversee technology implementation.
Ensure platform security, system reliability, and continuous innovation in blockchain and AI technologies.
About you
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Financial Technology, or a related discipline.
10+ years of relevant experience in financial technology, capital markets, digital assets, or technology-driven financial services.
Proven experience leading the development of fintech platforms, blockchain infrastructure, or AI-powered financial systems.
Strong understanding of decentralized finance, smart contracts, digital asset tokenization, and trading infrastructure.
Experience in derivatives, quantitative trading, financial markets, and institutional investment systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage R&D projects, and deliver complex technology solutions.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
