Salary: $12,000 – $13,500 per month

In this executive role, you will be the driving force behind our Research & Development (R&D) direction, ensuring our technology infrastructure aligns seamlessly with our long-term business goals. You will focus entirely on high-level strategy, innovation, and scaling our technical capabilities to maintain a competitive edge.
Key responsibilities
Technology Strategy: Formulate and execute the company's long-term technology strategy and technical roadmap.
R&D Direction: Lead the exploration of emerging technologies and oversee strategic R&D initiatives to drive product innovation.
Executive Leadership: Partner with the CEO and board members to align technology investments with commercial growth and corporate objectives.
Architecture & Governance: Establish high-level technical architecture, security standards, and compliance frameworks for our platforms.
Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate and manage strategic partnerships, cloud vendors, and third-party tech integrations.
About you
Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical leadership, preferably within a fast-growing, SaaS and Fintech industry.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Proven track record of designing scalable system architectures and leading R&D projects from conception to launch.
Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills to influence at an executive level.
