We are building toward that shift quietly - with a small, highly ambitious founding team.
We are looking for a CTO who wants to build something enduring from first principles. Someone who can think deeply, execute aggressively, and architect systems that feel years ahead of the market.
This is not a "maintain engineering velocity" role. This is a company-defining role.
What You’ll Own Define the long-term technical vision of the company Build and lead the engineering organization from zero Drive architecture decisions across AI, infrastructure, desktop systems, and real-time experiences Partner directly with founders on product and company strategy Recruit and mentor elite engineering talent Build engineering systems designed for speed and quality Help shape the company culture from the earliest stage
What We’re Looking For
Technical Depth Strong systems architecture background Experience building scalable products or platforms Deep understanding of modern engineering ecosystems Familiarity with AI-native product thinking Strong product intuition Ability to move from whiteboard strategy to shipping production systems
