Responsibilities:
- Design and implement projects in terms of backend and frontend, overseeing the progress of the IT team.
- Help in the recruitment process to build, lead, and manage your own team in developing iOS and Android mobile applications for the global market.
- Oversee the product quality and ensure compliance with publishing policies for Play Store and App Store.
- Ensure all deliverables meet technical, functional, performance, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful release of applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development and releasing.
- Hands-on technical experience in building software products, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Hands-on experience in the gambling industry would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in JAVA/Unity programming language.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server; caching technologies like Redis, Hazelcast; and MongoDB is a plus.
- Familiarity with frameworks like SpringBoot, SpringMVC, MyBatis, and SpringCloud Dubbo is a plus.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of compliance and policies from Google Play and App Store would be advantageous.
- Immediately available candidates are highly preferred.
