Program Overview

Duration: Up to 2 years, with potential for full-time hire
Workload: 6 hours per day
Openings: 2 positions
Location: Hybrid– São Paulo

What You’ll Do

• Support client management by handling daily marketing tasks and communications.

• Assist in building and optimizing automation workflows (emails, CRM, reporting).

• Prepare and update performance reports for client accounts.

• Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, and Creative teams on campaign execution.

• Conduct research and benchmarking to support marketing strategies.

• Learn to use top industry tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, ClickUp, etc.) to deliver real results.
