We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Manager, Product Marketing to support product marketing initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for shaping clear, compelling product messaging, developing sales-enablement materials, and supporting product launches and campaign execution to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain product messaging and positioning that is clear, compelling, and aligned with business goals and brand direction.

  • Support integrated marketing campaign planning and execution by providing customer-focused messaging and narrative frameworks.

  • Develop product collateral, including sales presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and other materials that support the sales process.

  • Support product launches, including launch planning, go-to-market coordination, and related marketing materials.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, brand, legal, underwriting, actuarial, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution.

  • Conduct market research and gather insights on customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform product marketing strategies.

  • Track and report on key performance metrics, such as product adoption, customer satisfaction, and sales revenue.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in marketing or related field, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with customers and drive engagement.

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance industry.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving goals and objectives.

  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
