CIP Line Operator
About Company & Role Purpose A leading food and beverage manufacturing company is seeking a CIP Line Operator to operate and monitor the Clean-in-Place (CIP) system, ensuring the effective cleaning and sanitization of production equipment in compliance with hygiene and safety standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES • Operate CIP system according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Monitor cleaning cycles, temperatures, chemical concentrations, and flow rates. • Prepare cleaning solutions and ensure proper handling of chemicals. • Inspect equipment before and after cleaning for proper sanitation. • Record cleaning data accurately in logs or digital systems. • Report any malfunctions, deviations, or safety concerns immediately.
Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent is required. • Technical or vocational certification in food processing, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a food or beverage production environment. • Previous experience operating CIP systems or similar cleaning equipment is an advantage. • Knowledge of chemical handling and safety procedures. • Understanding food hygiene and sanitation standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) is preferred. Skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in monitoring cleaning cycles. • Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols precisely. • Basic computer skills for logging data. • Good communication skills for reporting issues to supervisors. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periods. • Problem-solving skills to identify and report equipment malfunctions.
