CIS - Tech PROJECT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects across Database Infrastructure, Enterprise Data, and AI/ML platforms.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and operations teams to plan, track, and deliver complex GCP-based initiatives.
- Drive project governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive status reporting.
- Coordinate cloud migration, platform modernization, data engineering, and infrastructure enhancement programs.
- Ensure adherence to delivery milestones, quality standards, security, and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain program dashboards, KPIs, and project documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Technology Project/Program Management.
- Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud-based technology delivery.
- Experience managing infrastructure, database, data engineering, or enterprise data initiatives.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, or data modernization programs.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project portfolio management tools.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
