In-charge of Civil/Structural design, coordination andProject Management of large scale building project.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation.
- Preparing implementation methodologies, work schedules and man-hour estimates for proposals of new work
- Coordinate with owners, consultants and sub-contractors/suppliers
- Adhere to ISO quality requirements in the execution of works
- Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage
- Prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly progress report, inspection report etc.)
- Ensure the quality of the deliverables and project delivery is achieved
- Ensure all government and safety regulations are complied on site
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:-
- Min Degree Holder in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
- Familiar with the design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction industry
- Self-motivated and independent with interpersonal skill
- Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards and other project-related activities, their interfaces and interdependencies.
