Claims Associate (Audit Claims) Tanjong Pagar I Immediate - 2 years contract
Annual audit claims submission
Liaise with service providers to ensure annual audited operating subvention claims, auditor report, financial statements and schedules are submitted by the policy deadline.
Liaise with service providers on any queries or missing documents pertaining to annual audit claims submission
Processing of the annual audit adjustment claims
Verify the eligibility and accuracy of annual operating subvention claim using RPA software.
Liaise with service providers on exceptions generated from the validation checks and resolve the exceptions by policy deadline.
Prepare claim memo according to template and upload onto AIC’s grant system using RPA software and upload
Ensure the RPA generated claim memo and claim in system is accurate and correct before routing for approval.
Ensure that annual adjustments are processed and credited to service providers by the policy deadline.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree qualification
1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
