General Description:
Provides clerical support to the organization and assigned department(s). Reports to Supervisor/Assistant Manager.
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Prepare outgoing mail and priority correspondence.
- Perform data entry functions as defined by departmental processes and procedures.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments and personnel.
- Greet visitors, vendors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring proper sign-in and adherence to visitor protocols.
- Scan, fax, file, and copy files and documentation.
- May be required to process daily outgoing UPS shipments.
- May be required to manage and maintain in-house printers.
- Successfully complete annual regulatory compliance training.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic PC skills, including standard Microsoft applications
- Effective verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact in a positive and professional manner at all times with all levels of both internal and external audiences
- Good grammar and proofreading skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize duties in support of multiple simultaneous projects
Preferred/Other Qualifications
- Clerical experience in mortgage servicing, banking, or legal environment

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The employee is regularly required to communicate (give/receive information) through multiple methods of communication.
