Client Account Associate

We are a fast growing SME in Singapore, providing company incorporation, accounting and tax services to our clients. We are looking for a Client Account Associate to work together with our existing team of young colleagues to take care of our leads and clients, and grow the business together.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and nurture provided leads and to manage them as clients
• Achieve or exceed set client targets and objectives
• Maintain good relationship with clients
• Effective handling of all clients’ enquiries and feedback
• Perform necessary administrative work including filing reports, AML-CFT onboarding etc
• Maintain updated knowledge of ACRA and company regulations
• Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Only one main requirement really: Need for excellent English and Mandarin written and conversational skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome - We are intending to nurture associates and build your career with us
• Diploma or above in any discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
