Client Acquisition Manager - Banking (Thai market)

Key Responsibilities

Drive new-to-bank client acquisition within the Thailand market, focusing on affluent, Priority and HNW client segments.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies through networking, referrals, partnerships and market outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, introducers, brokers and business networks to generate quality leads.
Engage prospective clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable banking, investment and wealth management solutions.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects while consistently working towards acquisition and revenue targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and client experience.
Ensure all client activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and the bank's internal policies.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in banking sales, wealth management, priority banking, relationship management or client acquisition.
Proven track record in acquiring affluent, Priority, Premier or HNW clients.
Strong understanding of banking and wealth management products, including investments, insurance, structured products, FX and deposits.
Established network or market coverage within Thailand will be highly advantageous.
Strong business development, networking and relationship management capabilities.
Results-driven with a proven ability to meet client acquisition and business targets.
Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline.
