We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Client Analyst II.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Client Analyst II plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to bswift clients and their employees, with a strong focus on creating raving fans. This role is responsible for maintaining client benefits websites, executing and documenting benefits-related processes, and providing day-to-day operational support to clients, their participants, and the bswift service center.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions)

  • Provide ongoing service delivery to support client requirements and business needs
  • Serve as first-level system support for assigned clients
  • Maintain and update client benefits websites
  • Perform ongoing audits and file reviews to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Manage daily, weekly, and annual inbound and outbound file processing
  • Research, analyze, and resolve participant cases and inquiries
  • Execute client-specific reporting and support ACA processing activities
  • Perform system testing to support bswift platform releases and annual enrollment activities
  • Review release documentation to understand system changes and client impacts
  • Execute operational processes as outlined in client Admin Guides
  • Configure and test system functionality to meet client requirements for projects and enrollments
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries through research and analysis
  • Perform billing-related tasks, including invoice generation, payment posting, and receivables reconciliation

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Extensive experience working with databases, including data interpretation and manipulation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and independently
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
  • Experience with benefits administration systems, payroll systems, HRIS, or related software platforms

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Education and Experience)

  • Prior experience supporting ACA processing
  • Experience working in a client-facing, service-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with benefits enrollment cycles and annual open enrollment support

Specific benefit offerings vary by position and may be subject to change.

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $22-29/hr, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
