Client Manager

Your role, your contribution!
- Manage and service existing client relationships, ensuring jobs are delivered to technical standards, within budget, and on time.
- Identify opportunities to add value for clients, strengthen external networks, and raise the Findex profile in the market.
- Review compliance documents, complex special purpose financial statements, annual financial statements, tax returns, and reconciliations across companies, partnerships, trusts, and individuals.
- Contribute to advisory projects, such as business planning, budgeting, and cashflows.
- Empower and nurture your team, driving retention and capability while delivering outstanding results.
- Stay current with technical knowledge to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

What you bring to the role:
- Previous business advisory accounting experience gained within public practice with a CA/CPA qualification
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and develop others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship management expertise.
