Job description

We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Client Relationship Executive to support our growing regional operations. This role focuses on client engagement, service coordination, and supporting business development activities across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.

  • Support the execution of sales and operational plans, including client follow-ups and service coordination.

  • Prepare proposals, service agreements, and other relevant documentation for client presentations and onboarding.

  • Actively follow up on service progress, outstanding matters, and payment collections to ensure timely delivery and billing.

  • Issue tax invoices and maintain accurate client records within the system.

  • Address client concerns effectively and escalate issues where necessary to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as corporate secretarial, payroll, finance, and accounting teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Lead and drive cross-functional training initiatives across departments to strengthen operational capabilities, enhance interdepartmental collaboration, and support continuous professional development.

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to support business growth and client retention.

  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management or superior.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in client servicing, sales coordination, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset

  • Able to work independently while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines and KPIs

  • Highly organized, proactive, and effective in prioritizing and managing competing responsibilities

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients and business partners

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time, including assignments in China, Indonesia, and Malaysia for client meetings, business development, and operational support
