Client Services Executive / Customer Service Officer #HDCC

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented individual to join a dynamic client services team within the financial services industry. If you enjoy engaging with clients, resolving enquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience, this could be the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming client enquiries through phone calls, emails and walk-ins, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Guide clients through online account access, login issues and portal navigation.
• Assist with account-related enquiries and provide clear solutions to clients' concerns.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups to obtain additional information and ensure clients' requests are addressed.
• Work closely with internal departments to investigate and resolve client issues.
• Monitor assigned cases from start to finish, ensuring timely follow-through and proper closure.
• Escalate complex enquiries and feedback to the relevant team members or supervisors.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the customer service team when required.
