Key Responsibilities
• Greet and attend to patients professionally, in person and over the phone
• Support doctors with day-to-day clinic operations and patient flow management
• Handle appointment scheduling and coordinate care between doctors and patients
• Assist with patient registration and treatment preparation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient visits
• Manage clinic inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance arrangements
• Prepare and manage documents using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Ensure strict compliance with PDPA regulations and maintain confidentiality of all patient and clinic information
• Remain calm and responsive when managing urgent or emergency situations
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team and adapt flexibly to operational needs

Requirements
• Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents only
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Clinic / Healthcare Assistant preferred; 3–5 years advantageous
• Strong organisational, administrative, and time-management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual ability is a bonus
• Proficient in IT and Google Workspace applications
• Professional, patient-centred, and discreet when handling sensitive information
• Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable

Working Hours
Monday 8.00am – 5.00pm
Tuesday 2.00pm – 9.00pm
Thursday 2.00pm – 9.00pm
Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm
Saturday 8.00am – 5.00pm
Wednesday and Sunday: Rest days
(Shift duties and specific arrangements will be discussed at the interview.)

Salary
$2200 – $3200 per month, commensurate with experience
