Job Summary

Support daily clinic operations by assisting clinical staff, managing patient interactions, arranging tests, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth service delivery in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflow and patient care
  • Respond promptly to patients’ and clients’ enquiries, appointments, and phone calls to provide clear information and support
  • Support clinical stations including registration, eye tests, urine tests, and blood collection to facilitate smooth procedures
  • Assist Doctors, Radiographers, and Phlebotomists during clinical procedures to ensure patient comfort and procedural accuracy
  • Arrange laboratory tests, referrals, and diagnostic procedures to meet patient and clinic requirements
  • Collect, verify, and maintain accurate records and reports related to clinic operations for compliance and quality assurance
  • Liaise with corporate clients to coordinate workers’ medical screening requirements and billing matters effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of clinic facilities and equipment to meet health and safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with clinic operational procedures and service standards to uphold quality care

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Healthcare qualifications, certifications, or relevant work experience to support clinical tasks (advantageous; training provided for suitable candidates)
  • Ability to communicate in additional languages such as Indonesian, Hindi, Tamil, Burmese, or others to assist diverse patient groups
  • Certified Swabbers and/or Phlebotomists credentials to enhance clinical support capabilities
  • Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting to facilitate smoother adaptation to the role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and colleagues professionally
  • Meticulous and responsible approach to administrative duties to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Comfortable assisting a diverse patient demographic, including female patients undergoing health screening examinations
