Clinic Support Assistant
Maintains and respects confidentiality for patient/physician/personnel information.

Assembles and prepares the files.
Complete forms attached to file most especially the insurance approval form prior to consultation.
Work is carried out within general policies and goals and is direction only for guidance on policy issues.
Participation in the organization’s quality improvement and safety activities.
Develops and utilizes professional collegial networking.
Demonstrates respect, compassion and cultural sensitivity to patients/families and other hospital employees.
Advocates for excellence in patient care and patient rights.
Demonstrates effective communication and collaboration skills when interacting with patients/families, other health care team members, to carry out works smoothly.
Assumes responsibility for own actions, decisions and behaviors.
Demonstrates initiative in the performance of duties requiring a minimum amount of supervision or guidance.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree/diploma or Equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience; OR any equivalent combination of experience and /or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been attached
