Description

Are you a clinical leader who thrives in high-acuity settings and knows how to keep a team steady when things get complex? Home of the Innocents is seeking an RN House Supervisor to serve as the shift's highest-level clinical authority at the Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center — our specialized pediatric skilled nursing facility.

A Day in the Life
As an RN House Supervisor, you'll serve as the clinical and operational leader during your assigned shift, supervising nursing and respiratory staff, responding to emergent situations, coordinating admissions and discharges, and ensuring every resident receives safe, high-quality, individualized care. On lean-staffing shifts, you step in as a direct care nurse without losing sight of your supervisory role. You are the go-to resource for complex clinical decisions, and you make them confidently.

Schedule: Part-time Days, 24 hours per week, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM with weekend rotation and holiday coverage as required.
