What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and diagnostic assessments
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based recommendations and interventions
  • Communicate evaluation results clearly and compassionately to individuals, families, and caregivers
  • Collaborate with behavior analysts, therapists, educators, medical providers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team
  • Provide individual, family, or group therapeutic services based on program and client needs
  • Participate in early-intervention and neurodevelopmental services
  • Provide clinical consultation, training, and supervision to staff as assigned
  • Support the development of pre-doctoral interns and postdoctoral psychologists
  • Maintain professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards in all clinical services

Salary: $109,000–$145,000 annually, based on relevant experience and qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • Current Missouri psychologist license or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure
  • At least one year of experience in child clinical or pediatric psychology
  • Ability to communicate clinical findings clearly and compassionately
  • Strong collaboration and interdisciplinary teamwork skills
  • Commitment to ethical, individualized, and inclusive care

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or other neurodevelopmental conditions
  • Experience administering or interpreting the ADOS-2, CARS-2, or ADI-R
  • Experience with psychological assessment and diagnostic feedback
  • Previous clinical supervision, teaching, research, or training experience
