Clinical Psychologist

Provision of psychological services to psychiatric emergency department, Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP)

Specific Responsibilities:

-Psychiatric screening/evaluation of patients

-Crisis intervention

-Psychoeducation for patient and family

-Completion of all required documentation

-Participation in program evaluation and development

-Attendance at required departmental, division, unit meetings

-Supervision of trainees

-Psychological testing as needed

-Interdisciplinary collaboration as needed (i.e., opportunities for teaching didactic seminars, case-conferences, etc.)

Requirements

-Doctorate in psychology

-Relevant clinical experience
