2	Willingness to work in rotating shifts (16x7 coverage).	Must Have
3	Proficient in writing SQL and PLSQL queries for data access and debugging.	Must Have
4	Expertise in log checking, file navigation, and SFTP.	Must Have
5	Experience with observability tools like DataDog.	Must Have
6	Cloud technologies exposure, particularly AWS, S3, and Kubernetes.	Must Have
7	Comprehensive understanding of SLAs and ITSM processes.	Good to Have
8	Familiarity with batch job scheduling tools such as Control-M and Autosys.	Good to Have

Technical

Hands on experience in Unix/Linux – Expertise in log checking, File navigation, SFTP, and other commands.
Hands on experience in Cloud technologies - AWS, Kubernetes, Datadog, etc.
Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline process automation (Jenkins, uDeploy, Ansible, etc.)
Good experience in writing SQL queries for data access.
Good knowledge on Shell / Perl scripting or Python.
Working experience in tools like Service Now, Datadog,, control-M/Autosys, etc.
Working knowledge to support application in Cloud platform.
