Summary
SIGMATECH is hiring a Cloud DevOps Engineer (L2) in Indonesia to operate and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, with hands-on work on Tencent Cloud/Kubernetes (TKE), Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, Terraform IaC, Git/GitLab, and monitoring via Docker, Prometheus, and Grafana. The role provides L2 support for production and non-production environments.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience in Cloud DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Tencent Cloud, experience with Tencent Kubernetes Engine (TKE) is strongly preferred.
- Strong experience in Kubernetes administration, troubleshooting, and workload operations.
- Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Proficient in Git & GitLab repository management.
- Experience with Bash/Shell scripting, Python is a plus.
- Familiar with Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Familiarity with Helm and Argo CD is a plus.
- Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and incident management skills.
- Able to provide L2 support for production and non-production environments.
