Cloud DevOps Engineer | Linux Sysadmin & CI/CD

GeoSolutions is seeking a DevOps engineer with a Linux systems background to move geospatial applications to the cloud. You will design and manage cloud deployments, automate with Bash/Python, and contribute to core product delivery toward continuous deployment.

The role offers remote work within Italy or internationally and requires strong collaboration in a fast-growing team. You will influence architecture, implement scalable solutions, monitor deployments, and help maintain high-availability

Create continuous delivery chains using Jenkins and GitLab Pipelines. Create analytics dashboards based on Elastic Stack. Create monitoring dashboards for key systems. Coordinate with development teams to improve delivery processes. Manage and monitor CD processes for clients. Play the QA Engineer role when needed. Monitor SLA levels and improve support procedures. 3+ years experience in a systems admin or operations role. DevOps experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, VMware). Experience with Docker. Experience with Kubernetes or similar technologies. Experience with Python scripting. Experience with Jenkins. Experience with Elastic Stack is a plus. Experience with Chef/Puppet/Ansible is a plus. Passion for open-source and continuous improvement.
