Cloud Devops Engineer
Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure on AWS.
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate cloud resource provisioning.
Develop and support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Git.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Automate infrastructure configuration and application deployment using Ansible and scripting.
Configure and manage core AWS services, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, Route 53, and related networking services.
Implement cloud security controls, access management, and DevSecOps practices.
Monitor cloud environments and application performance using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.
Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to improve cloud reliability, automation, and deployment processes.
Requirements
8+ years of relevant experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or DevOps Engineer.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably using Terraform.
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, particularly Jenkins and Git.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Experience with infrastructure and configuration automation using Ansible.
Experience working with Linux environments and Shell scripting.
Experience with AWS networking, IAM, VPC, cloud security, and infrastructure best practices.
Hands on experience in VMware.
Experience with AWS Architecture, security.
Experience with Route 53.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Experience implementing DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.
AWS or Kubernetes certifications will be an added advantage.
