Cloud DevOps Engineer
We are seeking an experienced
Cloud DevOps Engineer
with strong expertise in AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and automating cloud infrastructure, building scalable deployment pipelines, and ensuring secure and efficient cloud operations. This role requires hands-on experience in regulated cloud environments, particularly Singapore Government Commercial Cloud (GCC & GCC+).
Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform. Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless and automated deployments. Create and manage scripts, playbooks, and workflows for infrastructure and application orchestration. Ensure compliance with security standards, especially within GCC, GCC+, and SHIP-HAT frameworks. Utilize Jira and automated testing tools to track, monitor, and improve deployment processes. Collaborate with development and QA teams to enhance DevOps practices and delivery efficiency. Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Required Skills & Experience Minimum
7+ years
of relevant experience in Cloud DevOps or similar roles. Strong hands-on experience with
AWS
services and
Terraform . Solid understanding of
CI/CD principles , tools, and best practices. Experience with scripting, workflow orchestration, and automation pipelines. Practical experience with
Jira
and automated testing frameworks. Mandatory experience working in
Singapore Government cloud environments (GCC, GCC+) . Familiarity with
SHIP-HAT tools . Proven expertise in modern infrastructure management and DevOps methodologies. Certifications in AWS, Terraform, or DevOps methodologies. Experience working in
regulated or compliance-driven environments . Knowledge of cloud security best practices and governance frameworks. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent collaboration and communication abilities Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments High attention to detail with a focus on security and compliance Only immediately available candidates will be considered for the role.
