Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high availability and performance of AWS infrastructure, applications, and services.
- Design, architect, and implement auto-scaling, load balancing, and failover strategies in AWS environments.
- Automate repetitive tasks, workflows, and deployments using scripting or various technologies (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible).
- Deploy observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch) for system health monitoring.
- Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) for scalable and repeatable provisioning.
- Optimize AWS resource utilization to reduce cloud costs.
- Provide technical guidance and support across our internal team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business unit teams to ensure processes align with organizational standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as an SRE, Wintel Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar.
- Experience in Wintel platforms; on-premise experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP, IP, Routing) and AWS core services (EC2, Load Balancer, VPC, SSM, CloudWatch).
- Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS Lambda is a plus.
- Certifications with AWS, security, or other infrastructure are advantageous.
- Shift rotation is required with extra compensation.
- Ability to speak and converse in both English and Chinese.

Working Hours:
- 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday) during the first 1-2 months of job training.
- 24x7 on-site shift rotation with competitive shift allowance (5 days of work per week).

- KL Eco City (Accessible via LRT and KTM)
