Job Descriptions
Design, build and operate cloud/platform services to architecture standards
Manage availability, capacity, performance and cost
Resolve incidents/problems and perform root cause analysis
Implement automation, infrastructure as code and appropriate CI/CD
Govern security, access, backup and disaster recovery
Maintain monitoring, logging and service health dashboards
Maintain runbooks, configuration and knowledge bases
Coordinate vendors and service teams to resolve issues and improve platforms
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, business or a related field
Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience, adjusted for actual role complexity
Hold or be ready to develop relevant certification such as AWS / Azure / Google Cloud / Kubernetes
Understand ICT/Telecom, enterprise customers and role-relevant cost/service impact
Strong Thai communication and working English for documents or coordination
Work across teams, prioritize and own outcomes appropriate to the level
