Support the daily operation, stability, security, and improvement of cloud infrastructure and production systems. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, server administration, automation, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and system enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Support cloud infrastructure and production systems to ensure availability and performance.
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and support root-cause analysis.
- Maintain Windows and Linux servers, including upgrades, patching, and routine changes.
- Ensure compliance with CIS Benchmark and security requirements.
- Build and maintain automation pipelines or scripts for operational tasks.
- Liaise with users, technical teams, and vendors on system issues and requirements.
- Assess systems and processes to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare operational, incident, system health, and compliance reports.
- Support product/system enhancements through requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Support, System Administration, Production Support, or Cloud Engineering.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and production changes.
- Familiarity with CIS Benchmark, security compliance, CI/CD, scripting, or automation.
- Good communication, reporting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
