Cloud Engineer

moveax is seeking a Cloud Engineer in Italy to combine Cloud & Infrastructure and DevOps skills to build automated, self-healing, and scalable infrastructure. You will be responsible for site reliability, designing new system architectures, and maintaining existing infrastructure, including improving CI/CD pipelines.

In this role, you will contribute to the automation of processes, promote GitOps practices, and help ensure scalable, resilient systems that meet stakeholder requirements.

Automate and optimize application availability, performance, monitoring, and alerting. Design and implement cloud infrastructures based on stakeholder requirements. Produce detailed technical specifications of cloud infrastructure. Experience with Linux OS and containerized environments. Knowledge of configuration management (e.g., Ansible) and cloud automation (e.g., Terraform). Programming experience with Python or Go and scripting for automation.
