Cloud Engineer
Summary
The Cloud Engineer will manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, container platforms, and middleware technologies while supporting AI architecture initiatives. The role requires expertise in scripting, ITIL processes, and the ability to participate in shift and on-call rotations.
· Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or equivalent
· Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the following technical platforms:
o Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, Terraform
o ContainerPlatforms: Docker/Kubernetes
o Scripting tools: Java, Unix Shell, Bash, Python, PowerShell
o Middleware Technologies: Websphere, Jboss, Wildfly, Tomcat, Apache, Kafka
· Good understanding of ITIL Service Management framework, such as Incident, Problem, and Change processes
· Understanding of LLMs, AI architecture patterns (RAG, Agentic, MCP, etc.)
· Experience in one or more of the following technical platforms:
o Jenkins, Ansible, Elastic Search, Rundeck, GIT
o Monitoring and Data analytics tools: Nagios, OMI, ServiceNow, Geneos
· Able to work on shift and with on-call support on rotation
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and logical skills
