Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Engineer Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain reference architectures, standards and guardrails for hybrid cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Administer Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including domain services, federation, synchronization, Group Policy and identity lifecycle controls.
• Lead infrastructure operations covering cloud platforms, on-premise compute, virtualization, storage, backup, disaster recovery and geographically distributed environments.
• Drive infrastructure automation, observability, service health management, resilience testing and recovery readiness.
• Partner with cybersecurity, application, HR and business teams on privileged access, identity governance, Zero Trust and enterprise infrastructure modernization.

Skills Required:

• 9 - 14 years of enterprise infrastructure experience, including substantial experience in cloud, hybrid infrastructure or identity platform operations and architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience designing and operating hybrid cloud and hybrid infrastructure platforms across cloud and on-premise estates.
• Experience supporting highly available, geographically distributed and business-critical infrastructure services.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture, identity integration, operational resilience, automation and recovery practices.

Good to Have:

• Experience in infrastructure architecture or enterprise solution architecture.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications or a related discipline.
