Cloud-Native Backend Engineer (C#/.NET & Node.js)

Technogym S.p.A. is seeking a Backend Engineer with 4-5 years of cloud-native backend experience to design, implement, and evolve our cloud services powering gym equipment, apps, and integrations.

You will build scalable, secure backend systems using C#/.NET and Node.js, mentor peers, and collaborate with product and security teams to ensure reliability and quality across the Technogym ecosystem.

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using C# (.NET) and Node.js. Architect and manage cloud-native services ensuring reliability and security. Mentor junior engineers and promote learning and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline delivery pipelines. Handle incidents, improve alerting, and maintain service uptime. 4-5 years of professional experience in cloud-native backend development. Strong understanding of distributed systems and data-intensive architectures. Experience with Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies. Proven track record delivering complex software projects.
