Cloud-Native Technical Architect & SRE Leader

Srijan, a Material company, is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead cloud-native architecture in a 24x7 production environment. You will design scalable, secure solutions and collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business goals into robust technical designs.

You will mentor engineers, enforce standards, and drive DevOps practices across Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools, ensuring high availability and observability.

Architect and review end-to-end technical solutions. Lead and mentor a technical team with architectural guidance. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate goals into architecture. Define architecture standards and governance. Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance. Drive CI/CD strategy and DevOps practices. Support Linux-based systems and production incidents. Design for air-gapped/restricted networks. Oversee infrastructure as code implementations. 9+ years of IT experience. 3-4 years as Technical Architect. Proven experience mentoring technical teams. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
