Cloud Platform Engineer — Hybrid Infra & FinOps

Italdesign Giugiaro is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join their IT Team in Moncalieri. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructures while ensuring scalability and security. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience and strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Design, implement, and manage cloud and hybrid infrastructures. Support evolution towards cloud-native and hybrid models. Ensure reliability, performance, and availability of cloud platforms. Optimize cloud resource usage through FinOps practices. Support application development leveraging cloud platforms. Drive automation and standardization of operations processes. Monitor systems performance, availability, and security. Implement cloud security best practices. 5+ years of proven experience in cloud engineering or cloud infrastructure roles. Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Good knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes). Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps). Solid understanding of cloud networking (VPC/VNet, load balancers). Knowledge of cloud security principles (IAM, encryption, Zero Trust). Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
