Cloud Solution Architect
Summary
The Cloud Solution Architect will lead the design of secure, scalable cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, focusing on Infrastructure as Code, governance, and technical leadership. This role involves translating business requirements into robust architectures and guiding multidisciplinary teams within the organization.
This is a senior architecture role combining cloud solution design, Infrastructure as Code, security, governance and technical leadership. The successful candidate will act as a technical design authority, helping teams design secure, scalable and future-proof cloud solutions and integrate them into the existing IT landscape.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture.
- Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally using Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates.
- Experience designing complex IT landscapes, cloud platforms and integration scenarios.
- Good understanding of enterprise architecture and IT governance.
- Familiarity with DevOps processes, modern deployment models and cloud operating models.
- Understanding of cloud security and compliance, ideally including ISO 27001.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of TOGAF or ArchiMate will be a plus.
- Relevant Azure certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are desirable.
