CMP Associate
POSITION SUMMARY:
To contribute to the team’s effort to produce product to customer requirements by applying skills and training in assembly methods, plastic processing and clean room protocols.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Other duties may be assigned and overtime may sometimes be mandatory.
- Work with fellow team members to achieve the objectives of CMP.
- Contributes to team effort for producing quality products by following and enforcing established SOPs, Work instructions, and policies in keeping with ISO standards.
- Continuously improve individual skills and training to enhance the performance of the team.
- Responsible for training and skills development of team members.
- Participate In planning and scheduling.
- Complete quality inspections of products by utilizing inspection equipment, inspection techniques, and specifications.
- Complete material handling responsibilities.
- Responsible for Identifying, maintaining and verifying inventory records of all CMP locations for raw materials, components and finished goods.
- Complete set up functions for the molding and assembly operations per the work order packet and work instructions.
- Provide a finished product by completing molding and assembly operations.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following cleanroom procedures.
- Assist in process improvements to improve efficiencies, reduce non value-added wastes, and effectively use resources.
- Responsible for completing and verifying all required documents including but not limited to Work orders, forms and Inspection sheets.
- Participate in performance management process by evaluating self and peers.
additional duties and responsibilities:
- Attendance at team meetings and training.
- Customer interaction is required from time to time.
- Provide support during the annual QMS audits.

Authorities:
- Authorized to stop all activities in clean room in response to protocol violation
- Authorized to plan and schedule work under supervision
- Authorized to determine fitness for use based on established quality standards
- Authorized to make quality decisions based off Quality Inspection Plans.
