CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Help create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while working as part of a collaborative healthcare team

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required
• Active North Carolina CNA Certification in good standing required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and dependable work ethic
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
