BeeHive Homes of Broken Arrow is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and hardworking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our family-style Assisted Living and Memory Care community! 💛

🕒 POSITION & SCHEDULE DETAILS

• Position: CNA or CMA – Weekend Doubles

• Days: Saturday & Sunday

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM (16-hour shifts)

• Position Type: Direct Resident Care / Floor Position

• Pay Structure: Baylor Pay Policy applies. Eligible employees receive compensation in accordance with BeeHive Homes' Baylor Pay Policy, including applicable attendance and scheduling requirements.

This is a hands-on floor position. All CNAs and CMAs are expected to actively participate in resident care, assist with daily needs, and work together as a team to ensure residents receive quality care throughout their shifts.

💛 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide compassionate, hands-on resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, repositioning, and transfers.

• CMA ONLY: Administer medications as authorized and in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and applicable Oklahoma state regulations.

• Assist residents with meals, snacks, and proper hydration.

• Complete required 2-hour resident checks and changes, ensuring residents remain clean, dry, safe, and comfortable.

• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.

• Follow assigned resident shower schedules, care plans, and daily care responsibilities.

• Monitor residents throughout your shift and promptly report any changes in condition or concerns to the Director of Nursing (DON).

• Accurately complete required resident care documentation.

• Provide companionship, encouragement, and meaningful engagement with residents.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and resident care plans.

• Work collaboratively with your team to provide exceptional resident care.

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Oklahoma CNA or CMA certification required.

• Current CPR/First Aid certification required.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Must attend mandatory in-house in-service training sessions to support quality resident care, ongoing staff education, and compliance with facility policies and procedures.

• Dependable, punctual, and committed to working scheduled shifts.

• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality senior care.

• Experience in assisted living, dementia care, or memory care is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to perform the essential physical duties of a direct-care position, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.
