Come be a part of a welcoming, family owned and operated company. Oakdale Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in West Boylston, MA is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide outstanding care to our residents!
Hiring for:
Full-Time (30+hours) 7:00am-3:00pm & 3:00pm-11:00pm
Part-Time (26.25 hrs) 11:00pm-7:00am
This role is eligible for a retention bonus of up to $2,000.00 for full-time positions.
Pay Range (depending on experience):
CNA: $20.00-$24.98/hr (plus shift differential)
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, vital sign monitoring, patient communication, and collaboration with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient support.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification and state CNA License
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedules.
- Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility, as needed.
