As a valued Vivia Caregiver, you’ll experience the joy of making a real difference every day! You will be provided a Company car for convenient transportation as you assist multiple clients in a shift with task based needs. Client visits can range from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on their specific needs to enhance the comfort, dignity, and independence of each client. This is a fast paced and independent role with compassionate and driven support from your leadership team.

Locations: Float between Thurston and Pierce County
- Full-Time: 5 days per week
- Compensation: $25/hr (starting at $24/hr during a 90-day probationary period)
- Bonus Opportunities: Multiple ways to boost your earnings
- Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hours per week! Must have Day shift availability between 7am-6pm
- Transportation: Company car provided, plus gas reimbursement
- Care Setting: One-on-one in-home care for multiple clients each day
- Current and active Certified Nurse Assistant license
- A minimum of one (1) of experience in home care or home health.
- Valid Washington State driver’s license and automobile insurance.
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass a Washington State Patrol criminal background check, fingerprint check and other pre-employment checks
- Meet safety sensitive job requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR and First-Aid certification (must not be online certification)
- Food Handlers permit
- Must possess a smartphone and access email
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Current physical and negative TB test, or ability to obtain them.
Physical Demands
· Driving to client homes throughout the region
· Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
· Physical ability to withstand hours of duty that may be long and irregular.
· Moving around the office
Confidentiality Requirements
· Demonstrate knowledge of HIPAA, privacy and confidentiality rules and regulations.
· Comply with annual training standards.
· Understands and acknowledges that no information or photos of clients may be posted on social media or in any way transmitted using unsecured methods of digital communication.
· Follow company policies and procedures for computer systems and mobile devices
