As a Vivia assistant, you’ll work one-on-one with clients in your designated neighborhood, building meaningful relationships and helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. You’ll be part of a supportive team, work a consistent full-time schedule, and even receive a company car to help you travel easily between client homes. Vivia CNAs/Nurse Aides are responsible for assisting with daily living activities consisting of:
- Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and continence care.
- Preparation of simple meals.
- Help with light housekeeping/laundry.
- Assistance with transfers, ambulation/range of motion.
- Support during physician visits, errands, and shopping.
- Medication reminders
- Ensuring living environment is safe and healthy.
Location: Oahu, Hawaii

In addition to benefits, our Vivia assistants CNAs or Nurse Aides:
- Receive a COMPANY CAR + gas reimbursement
- Earn $23 PER HOUR + Bonuses
- Work a CONSISTANT FULL TIME schedule
- Receive GUARANTEED 40 HOURS *except during some holidays
- Work DESIGNATED NEIGHBORHOOD(S)
- Work with a CONSISTENT GROUPS OF CLIENTS

Licenses/Certifications:
- Completion of a Nurse Aide training program or certification (we accept Active, Out of State and Inactive licenses or certifications)
- CNA license/certification is NOT required.
- Completion of Nurse Aide training program IS required.
- Current Valid Driver's License (required)
- Current CPR/First Aide certification (preferred)
- 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred)
Other:
- Currently residing on or moving soon to Oahu, Hawaii
- Received a high school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening
- Comfortable driving on Oahu
- Ownership of a smartphone and access to email
- Full-time: Must be available to work 5 days a week (days vary depending on nurse aide/caregiver)
