Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Hospice House provides direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, mobility, meals, and hygiene. CNAs also provide emotional support to patients and families, maintain a safe and clean environment, and ensure that care is documented accurately and communicated effectively within the care team.
