CNC Machine Operator / Machine Setter

We are seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators and Machine Setters to join our Aerospace Division at Meeden Labs. This full-time opportunity is based in Muduganapalli Village, Hosur. The ideal candidates will have experience in operating and setting up CNC machines, specifically VMC (3, 4 & 5 Axis), and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of machinery in accordance with production requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate VMC/CNC machines as per production requirements. - Perform machine setting, tool setting, and offset corrections to ensure precision in operations. - Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. - Conduct first-piece inspections and ensure that all products meet quality standards. - Read and interpret engineering drawings and utilize measuring instruments effectively. - Perform routine machine checks and maintain a safe working environment to adhere to safety protocols. Required Skills: - Proficiency in VMC operations, including 3, 4 & 5 Axis. - Experience with CNC maintenance, turning operations, and milling. - Familiarity with VTL and HMC operations is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Candidates with a Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Tool & Die are preferred.
