General Description

Responsible for the operation, programming, and maintenance of CNC machines in the factory, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.

Job Requirements

• Practical experience operating CNC machines – essential.

• Experience in CNC machine programming and setup – essential.

• In-depth familiarity with CNC programming software: Haas and Mazatrol – essential.

• Knowledge of materials technologies and machining processes.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

• Full proficiency in English – essential.

• Ability to work in shifts – essential.

• Adherence to safety regulations and work procedures.

• Ability to work independently from initial programming, including setup and production process operation – essential.

Measuring Tools

Familiarity and experience with the following measuring tools:

• Calipers

• Micrometers

• Height gauges

• Other precise measuring tools

Software Experience

In-depth experience with the following software:

• SolidWorks

• SolidCAM

Familiarity with the following software is an advantage:

• Fusion 360

• GibbsCAM

CNC Machine Experience

Significant familiarity and experience with the following machines:

• Mazak QT-6

• Mazak QT-100MY

• Mazak HCN-4000

Additional Skills and Experience

• Experience in tool room work – an advantage.

• Storage and maintenance of turning and milling tools.

• Assembly of appropriate tools as required.

• Experience with CMM – an advantage.

• Good teamwork skills.

• Ability to perform under pressure.

• Leadership and team management skills – an advantage.
