Position Overview:
ThermAvant is seeking a full-time CNC Machinist to operate Haas vertical machining centers to produce high quality precision parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform work per ThermAvant’s safety practices and standard operating procedures.
- Interact with engineers and manufacturing personnel to deliver products that meet design and quality requirements.
- Inspect work to ensure requirements are met, and complete required paperwork to account for production and quality activity.
- Trouble-shoot and resolve manufacturing process issues.
- Develop cost saving measures through the continuous improvement process (Kaizen).
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
